‘Embrace’ is a proud celebration of the female form. It feels like a visual love letter to the body we lived in. As women the expectation to withhold the perfect body is never-ending. Over the years my body is something I have certainly wrestled with, grown into loving, and finally wholeheartedly honour for serving me and being a healthy home for my soul. In this piece I have tried to capture not perfection, but a strong presence, the kind that arrives when you stop critiquing your reflection and start witnessing your body as something you love and nourish.

The colour palette moves in waves like emotion, flowing with soft pinks that speak of tenderness, deep teals that echo strength, and bursts of cool lilac to honour being somewhere in-between the two.
